First, we will visit the Mirador de Yanahuara, a traditional neighborhood of cobblestone streets known for its ashlar arches and a panoramic view of the city guarded by its volcanoes. Then we will go to the Carmen Alto viewpoint, where you will be able to appreciate the andeneria and the Chilina Valley.<\/p>\r\n<p>We will continue our tour to the center of the city; the Main Square of Arequipa, declared Cultural Patrimony of the Nation to appreciate its architecture and the perfect constructions made entirely with sillar (volcanic stone). Afterwards, we will go to the Church of the Company of Jesus built with rock from the Misti quarries. We will review the fascinating history of its cloisters, its carved wooden altarpieces covered in gold leaf, and its colorful murals that celebrate the tropical flora and fauna.<\/p>\r\n<p>We will visit the Trist\u00e1n del Pozo mansion, its structure is one of the most emblematic and impressive in this city, especially for its patios, environments and its facade with perfectly carved artistic details.<\/p>\r\n<p>Finally, we headed to the Monastery of Santa Catalina, whose history and colorful walls enchant everyone who comes to visit. It was a citadel of women dedicated to prayer, charity and the preparation of the most delicious desserts that the palate can imagine; Santa Catalina is, more than a monastery, a melting pot of secrets that the visitor can barely glimpse through its precincts, but whose truth will remain within its walls forever.
