Bus Puno – Copacabana
The duration of this trip Bus Puno – Copacabana (Tourist Service) is 02:45 minutes approximately from the city of Puno to Kasani (Peru – Bolivia Border) and at the border we will proceed with the immigration paperwork (20 to 30 minutes) continuing with the trip after 30 minutes we will arrive to Copacabana, known for its beautiful islands of the sun and the moon and religious celebrations.
During the trip we will be able to contemplate the beauty of Lake Titicaca since the route is along the lake, the buses are tourist buses with on board service.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
- There is a 1 hour difference in the Bolivian time compared to the Peruvian time (If in Peru it is 02:00 pm in Bolivia it is 03:00 pm).
- We have to make a stop in Kasani (Peruvian – Bolivian border), in order to carry out the immigration process (presentation of passports and/or identity documents).
- We recommend exchanging money in Kasani because the exchange rate is better at the border than in Bolivia, and you will find money exchange offices near the immigration office.
- Once in Copacabana we will arrive at the bus terminal located at Av. 6 Agosto and Av. 16 Julio.
To cross into Bolivia, please keep the following in mind:
- A valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity. You must present it at the Desaguadero border crossing.
- SIGEMIG Registration: We will assist you with this immigration process before you board the bus. For this process, each traveler must have their own registration, including minors, as required by the SIGEMIG system. Once completed, save the QR code on your cell phone to present it at the Desaguadero border.
- Tourist Visa: Citizens of the United States, Israel, and the European Union no longer require a visa to enter Bolivia for tourism (up to 90 days). However, some nationalities do need one.
